Services Available Through The Student Portal
The following list includes some of the services that can be accessed through the portal:
1. Enrollment in the Program
You will be able to select the classes that you are interested in taking during the current semester and then register for those classes here.
2. Handing in of course work
Through the use of the portal, you will have the ability to electronically submit your course work as well as any other needs.
3. Exam Card
In order to participate in the examinations, you will be able to print out an identification card. If you do not have the exam card, you will not be permitted to enter the exam room. \
4. Exam Audit
Auditing of missing units, missing marks, and unfinished units will be required for this purpose.
5. Exam Results
You will be able to print provisional transcripts from the portal as well as view the results of the tests that you have already taken.
6. Have Access to Your Financials
Use the student portal at KCA University to find out how much tuition you are expected to pay, how much you have paid, and whether or not you have made any excess or insufficient payments. Keep in mind that if you have not paid all of your university costs, you will not be able to take any tests until you do so.
7. Self Service
These are optional services that can be performed on your account, such as changing your password.
Change Password in Student Portal
You do not need to be concerned in the event that you forget the password to the KCA University portal. To reset your password, go to the homepage and click the “forgot password” link.
You are going to be taken to a new page in which you will be required to enter your email address in order to change your password. There will be a message sent to your inbox with more instructions.
To generate a new password for yourself that you won’t forget and that isn’t too easy for hackers to figure out, just follow the instructions. When generating a password, the usage of alphanumeric characters is strongly encouraged.
